Data may be processed outside the EU (e.g. in the U.S.), in which case we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent GDPR safeguards.

5. Retention period

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary:

• Subscription data – until you unsubscribe
• Reviews – until you request deletion
• Referral data – up to 12 months after campaign end
  After that, data is deleted or anonymized.

6. Referral program

When you provide a friend’s email, you confirm you have permission to share it.
We will send that person a single invitation email. If they do not subscribe, their address will be deleted after 30 days.

7. Automated decisions

We use automated tools (e.g. spreadsheets or automations) to determine if you qualify for referral rewards.
You can request human review or contest any automated decision by contacting us (see Section 9).

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
